Add UTF-8 support

Hi Bruno,

I just found out what my lyric displaying problem was with midi exported from Logic Pro X.

LPX is using UTF-8 character encoding.

Could you add this to the supported encodings for Qmidi and Midikit?

Just noticed something:

I am adding @TTitle and @TArtist meta events to my midi files and this data is automatically imported in Qmidi library under "Name" and "Artist". However, the encoding here is not UTF-8. Could you change it there too?
