Can't register QMidi 2.5.12 on Mac OS 10.11.6

I purchased Qmidi and tried to install on mac mini OS 10.11.6 and keep getting a message that either the code is invalid or it doesn't match the name.  I received both on an email at the time of purchase.  Any Ideas?
