Change play count and last played date when song has finished playing

Hello,

Currently, the play count changes as soon as I hit play. Could you add an option to make the counter (and last played date) only change when the song stops (not when I hit stop, but instead when the song reaches the end and stops from itself)? I sometimes just need to check if a song sounds ok, but Qmidi thinks I played the whole song and this way I get unreliable play count/last played data.

Have you considered adding this feature?

The play count / last played date could be for example only changed if the song reaches 90-95% of the total time

I just thought of another solution for this, which might be easier to do.

Maybe you could add a setting to turn the play count on/off.

This way, when we are rehearsing, we could turn it off and when we play live, we can turn it back on :)

Counter enable/disable
Counter count only after 60% (blank space intro/outro culd be a 20% of the song)
