Export Current command not working on Mac (Qmidi 2.7.2) Sierra 10.12.6

Dick Schmitt
Export Current does not work for new files (e.g., a midi with lyrics being added "by hand" using the sync screen or being added in bulk as a .txt file with the same name as the midi.)

Editing an existing file with lyrics exports fine.

Qmidi shows the lyrics there on the Display and Mirror screens; however Midikit and other midi lyric display software (e.g. Sweetmidi) does not show lyrics present

Glad to provide test files upon request.

I sent some files to the support email.  These play fine in QMIDI but show no lyrics on MidiKit or SweetMidi.

Modifying an existing Karoake file works just fine; it's just a totally new set of lyrics that cause the problem.

Thanks for your help on this.

After adding/syncing lyrics, you have to embed the lyrics by choosing menu
"File > Export Current…" and save as MIDI + "Merge Text/Chords"
