Export to MIDI File format 0 and 1

Hit Trax
Hi Team.

I'd like to follow up Damian Smith's request to add the following feature on export MIDI:

Export Format 0 (merged)
Export Format 1 (split)
Export 0 and 1

Perhaps add user definable text to add to both formats if both are being exported. For example:
song.mid (format 0)
song-format1.mid (format 1)

In  addition:

One step save process ‘Save MIDI File’ saves the text and exports the MIDI File at the same time.

Added an option to maintain original format when exporting a MIDI file.

I’d request, if saving text and exporting at the same time, that it be an option only. My method of saving texts with different file names is integral to being able to copy lyrics from track+vocal tracks to track only tracks.

The “export” way is still here: the process of saving changes in a Midi file is potentialy destructive, so the user must be aware that the resulting file may be quite different than the original.
