Key change on only certain parts of a midifile

claude
Is it possible to change the key (semitone or tone up or down) on a certain part of a midi file?

For example, I have quite a few medleys that some songs in the medley are too low or too high, so It would be great to say from starting time 00:01:25 to 00:03:29 to go up a semi tone and then it would automatically go back to the original key.    Would this be possible?

Also, Would it be possible to change the octave of a single instrument in the mixer section.
For example, if I change a midifile to say +4, some of the instruments sound wrong because they have been transposed too high (bass especially) so it would be great to transpose a song by +4 but have the bass for example -8 or an octave below. Is this also possible?  The best case cerario would be to individually increase or decrease each part by a semitone just like you can for the whole midifile.

I hope this all makes sense.

Love your work.
