No Audio via USB on Allen Heath Qu-Pac (OSX 10.11.6)

I did not know you require a special format for reporting bugs, sorry!

Now that I'm familiar with the template, I still don't have anything special to add.

Your software does not work with this particular audio interface. It most probably pertains to all Qu product line of Allen Heath.

I have perhaps found the issue.

Instead of expecting the stereo stream to appear in the default USB ST3 mixer input (channels 21/22), check if sound is coming to USB inputs channels 1 & 2.

Should be fixed in beta4
