No 'Export Current' as '.kar' ?

I was wondering why the default file type for 'Export Current' is MIDI, and there is no option to save it as a '.kar' file?

When I reopen a file saved that way it does appear to be a '.kar' file. Am I missing something?

You can use Midikit to convert to  ".kar" (Soft Karaoke format 1, still a Midi file).
