Qmidi crashing while editing song info in Library

Iv'e had QMidi Pro crash at least 20 times during editing song (Edit Info) section in the Audio library.
I am playing a karaoke track at the time of editing the songs mp3 data
Has anybody else had this problem?
Im using:
IMAC running El Capitan (10.11.2) 3.4 GHz Intel Core I7 - 16GB memory

Please send me the crash report. Is it occurring on dialog confirmation?

I'll send you the next one as I forgot to make a note of it (are they stored somewhere on my MAC)?
It seems like the crash only happens when I'm playing a track and updating its information.
Eg. If I play a karaoke track to find out which company produced it and use Cmd I to edit the information while its playing I sometimes get a crash.

Is the crash occurring with CDG media?
