SoundCanvas VA MusicDeviceHost Issue

As reported from MusicDeviceHost users, the SoundCanvas VA sounds distorted on some systems.
The solution (by Roland):
Set the sample rate to 44100 to solve this. This setting is available at system level, in the "Audio Midi Setup Application".
