Space bar - option to deactivate the Play/Stop playback funtionality

Hello there!
I'm using QMidi profesionally on the stage. From time to time there is a situation when I'm quickly typing one or two initial characters (whilst my playback is in progress) to get closer to the song I want to play next, in the Library window. Sometimes it just so happens that I unintentionally hit the Space bar while hitting one of the characters like C, V, B, N, or M which are close to the Space bar. This action interrupts the playback which results in a very ackward moment.

Would it be possible to get an option in the app settings which would allow for deactivation of the Play/Stop functionality of the Space bar? This would be much appreciated!

PS: I love the QMidi App! My performances wouldn't be the same if I had to use any other software!
