Video Export VLC Player

I'm using OSX 10.14.3, VLC last update.
I've exported some video lyrics.
As i play .mov files Qmidi exported, I can't see the sincronization I've recorded on Qmidi. There's lags and freezes, a lot of time when nothing happens, then a page scroll all of a sudden.

As far as I can see, everything's OK here with either Finder Preview, Quicktime X and VLC. Anyway I would recommend to use a standard resolution, this video is 933x617, which is not standard.
