This is a very strange one since I updated to 2.8.11

Operating System:
Catalina 10.15.6


Description
I have a midi file that when playing back, it plays back 1 semi tone below what it is meant to be.
The song "Dance With Me Tonight" is in D, but when I play it back, it plays in Db.  This ONLY happens when played after the midi file "Cecilia" but only happens when I have changed the Start Time in "Dance With Me Tonight" to 00:00:14:70 (Screen shot attached).  It also ONLY happens when I have the midi interface plugged in. I CAN NOT reproduce the fault if I play it without the midi interface plugged in.

Im using the Roland UM ONE MK2 (USB) connected to a Roland SC 8850 sound module.

I have several files that I have changed the start time and has never been a problem.

I will email both midi files and attach screen shot



Steps to reproduce
Have put start time back to 00:00:00:00 and works perfectly
As soon as I put it back to 00:00:14:70 is drops the key by 1/2 a semi tone.

To play in correct key
