MIDI:

A MIDI bluetooth device should appear in the MIDI destinations popup once connected (via Audio/MIDI configuration)

AUDIO:

QMidi always sends audio to the system selected audio output. If the connected bluetooth device is recognized by the system, this should work flawlessly.
