Transport stuck

The Transport panel is stuck in the upper left corner of my screen.
The move target (left side of transport) is offscreen.
How can I move or reset its location?

Hold down the shift key while launching QMidi to reset all windows positions.

Somehow my transport windo got pushed all the way to the left side of the screen. Now I cannot access the transpose or the tempo change features. Also cannot click on the little red dot that makes the window close.
I've included a jpend of the inssue.
Any adivce help is greatly appreiated,

I'm running macOS Monterey 12.1
My specs: Mac Mini - 3.2 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7 - 32GB memory
I'm using QMidi Version 2.9.3 (2.9.3)
When running the application I'm unable to move the transport bar (it seems stuck to the left screen edge)
Also the Control T or the Window/Transport doesn't seem to work.
I've rebooted my machine and tried again without any luck.
